I understand that training dogs is not without risk to myself, members of my family, my guests, property or my pet(s) and I expressly assume the risk of any damage or injury caused to or by my pet as a result of following the free or purchased advice or information of Emily Larlham or anyone associated to her or Dogmantics Dog Training located on KikopupAcademy.com or given elsewhere.
I assume full responsibility for injuries or damages of any nature caused by myself, my dog(s) and/or my guests and family members.
Classes, Private Lessons, and Seminars- Agreement to Hold Harmless and Assumption of Risk
The registrant understands that attendance to dog training classes, private lessons and seminars is not without risk to them, to anyone who may attend with them and to their dog(s).
The registrant, on behalf of themselves and any minors attending the dog training lesson(s), classes, or seminars with them, waive, release, and agree to hold harmless Emily Larlham / Dogmantics Dog Training / Kikopupacademy.com and any and all of its employees, volunteers, agents, insurers, and successors from any and all causes of actions, claims, demands, losses, injuries, and damages of any kind which may be sustained by them or their dog(s) in connection with the class, lesson, or seminar. Registrant is responsible for damages caused by their dog(s) and/or family members.
The registrant agrees to adhere to any and all safety instructions and recommendations given to them whether oral or written.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy! We do not sell, rent or pass on any personal information about our clients to any third party. We promise that you will never receive any unwanted postal or e-mail as a result of information you have given to us, unless you sign up for it.
